BUNNY AND BETTIE - Group Show featuring Portraits of Bunny Yeager and Bettie Page

The HAROLD GOLEN GALLERY at 2294 NW 2nd Ave. Miami, Florida 33127, in the Wynwood Art District, presents a group show on Saturday March 9th, 2013. From 6:00pm- 9:00pm, Photographer Bunny Yeager will be attending the event to sign her new book, by Rizoli Press, New York , ‘BUNNY YEAGER’S DARKROOM’, the books will be available for sale at the gallery for the regular cover price of $60. In addition to Yeager’s appearance, the gallery will exhibit a group show featuring each artists’ interpretation in portraits of Bunny Yeager and Bettie Page, executed in painting, sculpture and photography. The opening night hours are 6:00pm - 11:00pm and the show will run from March 9th- April 6th, 2013.

Some top contemporary painters participating, known for their “Pin-Up” subject matter include Olivia Bernadinis, Greg Theakson and Nathalie Rattner, to name a few. Renowned artist/photographer Carlos Bentancourt will present a portrait of Bunny Yeager in photo collage. Kirsten Easthope painted portraits of Bunny and Bettie on vintage bowling pins.
