One Pose Two Views

I recently teamed up with an amazing photographer former NYC Ballet dancer Kyle Froman who supplied me with a set of images that he shot with a fashion/dance theme to test out a new series I’ve been itching to do for a while. My hope for this series is to give your eye two different views of an images which might lead you to see things in a different way than you did before. On the left the original gorgeous photo by Kyle Froman Photography that he shot for another project but kindly let me use as reference to work out the look of this series. On the right my piece which gives you a view of the key lines the body makes and the impression left in your mind after watching a dancer performs.
Models for the bottom pieces New York City Ballet's Lars Nelson and Claire Kretzschmar.
