This piece was created for a techniCOLOUR Cosmetics mini line launching at VIVA this year called Lizzo Van Dammit Pinup Line. I collaborated with photographer Shannon Brooke, who provided the reference photo for this piece with makeup by Jennifer Corona Makeup Artist, and multi talented Lizzo Van Dammit who created the mini line and modeled for this piece. I painted this image of Lisa Love in a sombrero last year (inspired by a Chris Gomez Photography photo) and this year for Viva Las Vegas with the help of graphic artist StAnchor Graphics she's turned it into a vintage style Mexi-Cola ad! Be sure to visit Lisa at her booth this year during the car show at Viva to pick up this oh so cute vintage poster.

How exciting to see my “Bésame Mucho” piece or singer/actress/model Renee Olstead made an appearance at the Playboy Mansion’s New Year’s Eve Party while Renee performed. If you haven’t heard Renee sing go check out her new single “Sleepwalk” on itunes. She has the dreamiest voice and is one of the sweetest people you’ll meet.
